Are you willing to be placed in another volunteer position if your preferred shift is already full?

Yes, put me wherever I'm needed!

Yes, but please contact me first

No, I only want the shifts I selected

Is there anything we should know about your availability?

Are you volunteering with another person or group? *

I understand that selecting a volunteer position does not guarantee that specific assignment. DCR will confirm my final position and shift before the event.

I understand that I am expected to arrive on time and remain at my assigned position for the duration of my confirmed shift.
